"Board has appointed a committee of EDs- ED/PM, ED/Plg, ED/Traffic/PPP and ED/IRITM for drawing up a training needs assessment for IRTS officers in SAG/JAG. In this regard, a draft training requirement is under consideration, including training in both India and abroad.
In addition, under the scheme of Partial Funding for Foreign Training (of DoPT), each cadre controlling authority can recommend a list of five specialized courses in specific foreign universities/institutes which are considered relevant for the officers of the service.
